Delivery:
P&P for UK is £3.99 for 1st item plus £1.00 for each extra item except for items with the free shipping logo. Free Shipping applies to UK. Deliveries Only
P&P For Europe is £7.95 For rest of world £12.95. Plus £1.00 for each extra item.
Subject to availability delivery is usually within 7-10 working days for UK and Ireland orders as they are dispatched with 48 hours. Overseas orders may take slightly longer.Please note the 7 to 10 days delivery are working days and do not include weekend days. Please note all deliveries are sent from the distribution centre not our office address.
If required for a certain time please contact us we will let you know if it is possible to deliver in allotted time.
We want to ensure that all orders are sent out within a reasonable amount of time. Currently we quote a delivery time of max.10 working days from the time the order is placed. This is because most our products are sourced from abroad (USA or Europe) and we may not have every single size in our warehouse at any given point of time. So when you place an order, it is possible that we have it on back order in which case it takes a few days to arrive. If you need an item urgently, we advise that you contact us before placing the order, so we can find out for you exactly how long it would take for you to get your order!
Returns Procedure
If your product is defective in any way please email us at info@carisma-discountstore.co.uk. Defective items will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included. Email us with the following details:
1. Your name and order number.
2. Your e-mail address.
3. The product title being returned.
4. Description of the fault.
Once we receive your email we will send you an RMA and return postal address.
Cancellation/Non-faulty Returns
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have any payment returned to you.
If you cancel after shipment of any goods, you must return them to us within 14 days if they are faulty, or within 7 days if the goods are incorrect or not required. The cost of returning non faulty goods is the responsibility of you the buyer.On receipt of item buyer will be refunded the purchase price of item.
Due to hygiene considerations we are only able to accept returns of items for any reason other than faulty goods if the packaging and/or security seal is unbroken. All goods must be returned with their packaging intact and in their original condition.
